More About Ray Arata

Co Founder of Better Man Leadership (BML) with a focus on the business value of creating full partnership between men and women by leveraging their differences. They create scalable, sustainable, and measurable solutions to drive fundamental cultural change for large companies such as Verizon, Toyota, Hearst, Intel, and Google.

Ray founded the Better Man Conference in 2016 for men to explore the roles they might play as allies for inclusion without shame or blame:
- Understanding the value of healthy masculinity and inclusive leadership
- Learn the language and gain confidence in context to engage in discussions
- Learn how to leverage power and position to elevate people who are too often underrepresented and underestimated
The intention of the one-day conference is to educate, activate and mobilize men as inclusionary leaders by leveraging their position and privilege to support and empower women and minorities.

Coach to corporate executives, business leaders, owners and entrepreneurs, Ray’s approach incorporates emotional maturity and accountability that empowers men with practical guidance and tools that support inclusionary leaders and allies in their workplaces and communities.
His talks bring key insights to events as a speaker, emcee moderator, workshop facilitator and panelist. He also enjoys working with small to mid-sized businesses and a range of professional services organizations/associations.
